Empower is a leadership program for 7th and 8th graders teaching them to apply what they have learned and encouraging them to discover how capable they are.

 

Empower participants are called Madrichim - leaders. They meet each week for their own mini-lesson and then move on to their respective roles helping in the classroom and running fun activities for our Sunday School students. Madrichim get paid $15 per Sunday for their work and get coaching and feedback on their performance, teaching responsibility and accountability. There will be several Empower social events throughout the year as well.
