Rosh HaShana is September 23 & 24, Yom Kippur is October 2nd
Aish’s High Holiday services beautifully blend tradition and education, creating an atmosphere that is both meaningful and accessible. The services are led primarily in English with some Hebrew, enriched by uplifting songs. Rabbi Tolwin provides thoughtful, relevant explanations throughout, deepening the understanding of the prayers and holiday themes. Whether you’re new to High Holiday services or a lifelong participant, Aish offers a welcoming, inspirational experience for Rosh HaShana and Yom Kippur.
Rosh Hashana
Aish Rosh Hashana Services are perfect blend of tradition and education. We use a specially printed Machzor that is easy to follow in English or Hebrew. The Service is appropriate for ages 9+. Services begin at 10:30 and conclude with the Shofar service and Kiddush at 12:15.
Yom Kippur
Aish’s Yom Kippur service is a day devoted to learning, prayer, and reflection. Throughout the day, prayers are enriched with insightful explanations and inspiring melodies, ensuring the service is deeply meaningful—regardless of your background. Each segment is thoughtfully guided to foster connection and understanding.
This year’s Scholar in Residence, Rabbi Dr. Ken Spiro, will elevate the experience with a fascinating series of talks, beginning at the Kol Nidrei Service and continuing through Yom Kippur afternoon.
Family Services
Aish’s Yom Kippur Family Service is a warm, welcoming experience where families pray, sing, and learn together, with services in English, some Hebrew, and engaging explanations for all ages. Children are included through stories, songs, and age-appropriate rituals, making the day meaningful.
For Teens
Aish’s Teen Yom Kippur experience centers on guided discussion that makes the day’s big themes—identity, choices, repair, and growth—feel relevant and real.
